Eventhough we all would like for the nonsense to stop, it is out of control and far too deep to end at this point. Homewood was once together now it is divided like the rest of Pittsburgh. This shot was taken behind Dairy Queen (Mr. Tommy's Car Wash).
There is a new breed of youngins ,that are out of control. Many of them are bright and have great potential. The streets is what they embrace they can not see the wealth in education. On-going beefs from years past continue on until this day. Many of the orginal gangsters are dead or in jail. The streets are not the same anymore. It's every man, woman and child for himself.
When it's on in the burgh it's hard to turn it off. War is a day to day thing. There is always someone out there to harm you. In these times of desperation you can not trust anybody. Get in where you fit in. It's hard to weed and seed snakes in the grass especially when they are smiling in your face. That is the inspiration for the creation of this song.
